Running has become a part of my life that means more than you can imagine. Running gives me the ability to relieve myself and let go of all the stress in my life. Running boosts my confidence, I absolutely love the feeling of accomplishing a run after a hard day. When I run I feel in control. Sounds crazy right? But honestly, running is a great stress reliever and it’s good for the soul and your health. I am a Senior in high school, I work, I participate in sports and clubs and this year I must admit has been so stressful. From applying to schools, scholarships, financial aid and waiting to hear back from schools. It’s not easy. I mean let’s face it, the first few months of Senior year are a bit crazy. Now it’s starting to get warmer outside and I am definitely out there running on trails, roads or the track. I’ll be posting up pictures of my runs!
