Deep dive into the learnings of yoga with me, as we explore what your body and mind are truly capable of. 

VINYASA CLASSES: In these classes, there is a link between movement and breath. Connecting you with your breath throughout the practice and incorporating Pranayama’s (breathing techniques) to help the mind focus on the movements. These classes offer Sun Salutations, yet still, let the individual take time to turn inward and bring that mindfulness on and off your mat.

YIN CLASSES: These classes are a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles.

RESTORATIVE CLASSES: This class is a type of yoga known for its relaxing, calming, and healing effect. Restorative yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure, and relaxes the body. As such, Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia, or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions.
