Banana Nut & Oatmeal Smoothie

Hi everyone! Months ago I worked at the smoothie bar in LA Fitness and what I miss most is the tasty smoothies! So today after my run I decided to start making smoothies again. This recipe is easy to make and it tastes amazing!

2 Whole bananas –

1/2 cup of ice

– 1 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup cooked oatmeal

-1/3 cup of almonds

30 grams of whey protein
