First day of college
The nerves. The excitement. Knowing that you are starting a new chapter. It’s all so new yet it’s what I’ve been waiting for. It didn’t hit me at graduation but it sure did hit me when I walked on campus as a college freshman. This whole growing up thing, I’ve been so terrified about is finally happening. I see this as an opportunity. I choose the way I want to live my life, I make my own decisions. My parents have done their job and now it’s time to see the type of person I really am. My skills, my knowledge, my patience, and my morals will be put to the test. I know along the way I will have to make some tough decisions but I’ll find my way. Mistakes will be made (I’m only human) but I’ll never let my mistakes hold me back. Just learn from them and keep it moving. That’s life! It keeps going. Whether you fall, whether you fail a class or lose a close friend or a loved one the world keeps moving. It’s sad, I know but what can we do?
All we can do is look at life in the most positive way we can. That’s what I’ll do. Stay humble and work hard. Your hard work will soon be rewarded so there’s no need to boast.
College is going to teach me so many new things and I can’t wait to see what it has in store for me!
Love Estef,

You are an inspiration. Be a sponge at college. Have fun.
Thank you so much!!! Means a lot! 🙂
This is a beautiful and an amazing way of expressing yourself. One thing that you have to remember is where you come from. To be someone in life you need to reflect on who you where, who you want to be and why. Let your values and your heart be your light house in this dense fog. God bless you!
Thank so much for your wonderful words, they really motivate me!! God bless you!!!!
